Thank you for shopping with The Pivot Path. Because our products are digital downloads delivered instantly, please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

Digital products

All sales of digital products (PDF guides, workbooks, templates, and prompt packs) are final once the download has been accessed or delivered. This is standard practice for instant-access digital goods, where the product cannot be returned.

Our satisfaction promise

We stand behind everything we make. If your download won't open, arrives damaged, or isn't what was described, contact us within 14 days of purchase at thepivotpathstore@gmail.com with your order number and we will make it right — by re-sending the file, fixing the issue, or issuing a refund where appropriate.

What isn't covered

We are unable to offer refunds for change of mind after a file has been downloaded, for buyer's remorse, or for failure to read the product description. We also can't refund issues caused by incompatible software — our files open with any standard PDF reader.
